Our History

2015 - 2026

MECPRO DESIGN CO., LTD. was established through the collaboration of architects and engineers from various disciplines and professional fields, working together in design and construction supervision. Through this multidisciplinary approach, the company recognized that achieving a high standard of building construction requires the integration of multiple key factors, including architectural design, structural engineering design, building services engineering design, construction execution, as well as effective coordination and standardized construction supervision.

One important aspect that is often overlooked is the design and construction of building services engineering systems. These systems play a crucial role in ensuring that buildings operate comfortably and efficiently in accordance with the functional requirements of each building type. Properly designed building services systems also contribute to appropriate energy usage, extended building lifespan, ease of maintenance, and lower maintenance costs, thereby supporting long-term building sustainability.

MECPRO DESIGN CO., LTD. was officially established on 27 November 2015 to provide design services and professional consultancy in building services engineering systems, including electrical and communication systems, sanitary and fire protection systems, air-conditioning and ventilation systems, as well as medical gas systems for hospitals and laboratories.

In the initial period, after gaining experience and trust from clients, the company was given opportunities to undertake renovation design, construction supervision, and construction management works, covering architectural works, structural engineering works, and building services engineering systems in response to evolving client requirements.

At present, the company integrates its accumulated knowledge and expertise from designing various types of buildings to develop solutions that emphasize sustainability, energy efficiency, and the use of renewable energy, while ensuring safe and healthy environments and being environmentally friendly. These objectives are achieved through the application of modern and intelligent Smart Control Systems. The company’s founders and professional team consist of architects and engineers from multiple disciplines, each with extensive expertise and more than 20 years of professional experience.

Initially, the company’s office was located at 93/20 Hollywood Street Building, Phayathai Road, Thanon Phetchaburi Subdistrict, Ratchathewi District, Bangkok 10400. As the business expanded to accommodate increased projects and personnel, the office was relocated on 8 September 2022 to 567 Building, 4th Floor, Room 403, Soi Rama 9 Soi 51 (Seri 6 Road), Phatthanakan Subdistrict, Suan Luang District, Bangkok 10250.
